Ashly Jaramillo is a fabulous relator who represents Coldwell Banker Legacy on a level like no other realtor I have dealt with...ever. For me, the whole real estate process is arduous, cumbersome, and an absolute headache. I hate it!! Ms. Jaramillo not only explained in detail the process, but she also went line-by-line explaining the contract and the additional required paperwork/information. Her drive and determination was evident in every task presented and some challenges that we were faced with.
